LOCATING AND ASSESSING SITES

Northern Design Services can assist you in locating and assessing the right home site for your new home. If you already have a building location in mind, we’ll visit the lot and provide you with an assessment on the feasibility of building your new home on the site. We will also provide many helpful suggestions such as how best to situate your new home on the site, the best way to gain access to the lot and where you might want to place services such as well and septic systems.

We are familiar with assessing steep slope, unique shaped lots and special condition lots and can suggest building styles suited to those unique conditions.

Residential building site consultation fees are billed by the hour including drive time and mileage.
